Our Commitment
We aim to meet a widely used standard for accessible websites. It is called the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. The standard explains how to make websites work for people with disabilities. That includes people who use a screen reader or a keyboard instead of a mouse, and people who zoom in to make text bigger.
How Accessible Our Website Is
Our website partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This means some parts of our website do not fully meet the standard yet.
We checked our website ourselves in October 2026, using automated testing tools and a review of its code. We have not yet tested it with screen readers or other assistive technology, or with people with disabilities. Automated checks find only some problems, so there may be others we have not found.
Known Problems
These are the main problems we know about. We are fixing the ones on our own website. If any of them stops you, call or visit any studio and our team will help. You can find the phone numbers under Get Help or Report a Problem.
On Our Website
- Some things are hard to see because their color is too close to the background. These include the off position of the email and text message switches on your account page, the sample text inside some empty form fields, and some links when you point at them.
- Some form fields, such as the ZIP code, birthday and discount code fields at checkout, show their name only inside the box. When a purchase cannot be completed, the page does not always say why, and a few error messages do not say which field to fix.
- If you use a keyboard, you can lose your place after a few actions, such as choosing a studio on the Memberships page.
- If you use a high contrast mode on your computer, you may not see which button or link you are on.
This list is not complete. Please tell us about any problem you find.
Services From Other Companies
Some things our customers use come from other companies. We do not build them, but it is still our job to make sure you can use them. We could not test inside them, and we have not yet received accessibility reports from these companies.
- Card payments: Stripe, the company that handles our card payments, provides the boxes where you type your card details. Your bank may also show its own security check.
- Security check: the free class sign-up and guest checkout use a security check from Cloudflare to block spam. If the check stops you, call any studio and we will finish it with you by phone.
- Our app and password reset: our phone app and the page where you reset a forgotten password come from MarianaTek, the company that runs our bookings.
- Emails and texts: receipts, password reset emails and our newsletter come from MarianaTek and from Xplor, the company that sends our marketing messages.
- Maps: the maps on our Locations pages are Google Maps. Each studio’s address is also written on its page, with a link for directions.
